KPAC is now accepting registrations for the 2014 Peace River South Festival of the Arts in piano (March 31 at KPAC), strings (April 1, KPAC), voice (April 2, KPAC) and dance (April 5, Unchagah Hall).
The purpose of the Festival of the Arts is:
- to foster and showcase students in the performing arts in a positive, caring, and instructional environment
- to help students realize what the performing arts are, how to participate in the performing arts, and why the performing arts are essential to individuals and society as a whole.
The festival is used as:
- a performance showcase
- a vehicle for specialized instruction in the performing arts
- a cultural experience to be enjoyed
Registration forms are available from the office during regular office hours, from music teachers, and at www.kpac.pris.ca
Registrations and fees must be submitted in person by 3pm Wednesday March 5. No late entries will be accepted.
